Mili Kolenovic brings 15 years of experience in both building and renovations. Working for one of America's leading home builders, a Fortune 500 company Mili's vast knowledge of construction, and multiple roles makes him an invaluable asset to the team.

Montgomery Self has extensive experience in building project management from working in Commercial and multi-family building for over 10 years. Montgomery holds a BBA Bachelor of Construction Science from The University of A&M. Montgomery is a family man - who truly believes houses aren't just for being built - they are for family. 

Ciara Chanel Self has been in the interior design world for over 15 years. She has worked for some of the top design companies in the industry,  a key accounts sales rep for Neiman Marcus, and One Kings Lane. Graduated from The University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s of Interior Design and Home Furnishings Merchandising. With multiple awards in best room, best visual display Ciara has always had a passion for Interiors. Ciara also owns an award winning event planning company called Bash Co + Events. She always comes back to her roots - which is interiors. Ciara and Montgomery have a wonderful toddler boy, Cooper Self with killer dimples.
